Smokepurpp drops another one.
South Florida rapper slice maker Smokepurpp is back with another dim hit, “countdismoneydoe.” With his collection DEADSTAR in transit, Purpp disclosed to XXL that the record was pretty much theoretical, after the sonic story of a medication overdose: “It’s the sound of elation and things that race through your body before you pass on. This is the sound existing apart from everything else when your heart stops and there are those last snapshots of mind movement.”
