Award-winning Gospel Singer 'Tasha Cobbs Leonard' New Album ‘Heart Passion Pursuit’ Tops Billboard Gospel Charts.
‘Heart, Passion Pursuit’ which was released on the 25th of August 2017, is the #1 Gospel Album, #1 Christian/Gospel Album and #8 overall for top current albums.
Tasha Cobbs received some backlash last month when it was revealed that rapper Nicki Minaj was featured on the single ‘I’m Getting Ready‘ off the album, but Cobbs Leonard handled the backlash well, by saying;

“I’ve seen the Nicki that is off the stage and that Nicki has a great relationship with God. My assignment with this song was for a particular audience,” Leonard said. “Some [of the listeners] have never experienced God ever and she exposed that audience in her way, to the God that she loves.”
Tasha cobbs Leonard added that because of the testimonies that she’s heard, she would do it again. Read what she says below;
“The testimonies that have come because of this – I would absolutely do it again. I’ve had thousands of people say to me, ‘This is the first time I’ve ever bought a gospel album. This is the first time I’ve ever felt God. I didn’t believe in God until I heard this song.’”
